The son of loyal United Food and Commercial Worker and United Auto Worker parents, Kenneth Clayton has dedicated his career to representing union members in all areas of employment law: workers' compensation, social security disability, personal injuries on and off the job and discriminatory/retaliatory discharge matters. Mr. Clayton graduated from Clarkston Senior High School in 1980, then attended the University of Michigan, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in 1983. After completing the Washington Semester Program in Economics at American University in 1984, Mr. Clayton attended Wayne State University Law School, earning his Juris Doctor degree in 1987. Formerly associated with the law firm of Flynn, Wendzel and Bridges in Pontiac, Michigan, Mr. Clayton has served members of UFCS 876, UWUA 105, and UAW Locals 5960, 9699, 771, 594, 400, 160, 228, 247, 653, 869, 7777, 909, and 36 in their legal matters. Mr. Clayton currently lives in White Lake, Michigan with his wife, Kelly, and their four children; Alexandria, James, Trevor and Drew. Areas Of Practice
